Editorial Services

From developmental (big picture) edits to beta reading, and in the near future, copyediting (grammar). I'll help you begin the process of polishing your manuscript.

Beta Reading

An early reading of your work in which you receive a reader response and information on potential issues or confusion within the manuscript. The most basic service before developmental edits and not to take the place of that step.

Developmental Edits

These edits highlight big picture issues. They offer an opportunity for you to receive narrative feedback of your manuscript with suggestions to improve things like clarity, plot, character development, etc.

Copyediting

(available by 2026 at the latest)

An in depth look at general spelling, grammar, usage, checking of cross-references, punctuation and development of style sheets in preparation for the line editing stage.

Tarot Reading

Need clarity on an area of your life? Not sure what decision is right for you? Whatever guidance you might need, the tarot is a great tool to help.

First, we will go over your goals and question(s) for the reading. Then, you will shuffle and we'll lay out the cards in a spread dependent on your goal.

What sets me apart from most other tarot readers is that I access my intuition through handwriting. If you are unable to read cursive, I do offer typed transcription for a small fee.

Free Consultation

If you need editorial services, the best place to start is with a free consultation. We'll spend 15-30 minutes discussing your writing and the appropriate stage of edits you need, time, and cost.

I use Microsoft Word and Google Docs. However, if you are looking for tracking changes, Word is preferred.
